Her extensive experience in audit, business administration and financial management has exposed her to diverse sectors in the Jamaican business environment at an executive level, enabling her to contribute to any organisation requiring productivity, efficiency and profitability.

At ICAJ, she currently serves as a member of the Taxation, Audit Practice and Practitioners Development Committees. In the past, she served as Chairman of committees including Student Affairs, Public Relations and Publications, and was a member of the Continuing Professional Education, Current Affairs and Admissions Committees. She is also a member of the Public Accountancy Board and served on the board of the Bank of Jamaica.
