A group of investors, led by Adam Levin, founder of the investment firm Oreva Capital, and Damian Marley, son of the reggae star Bob Marley have acquired a controlling interest in High Times magazine at a price that values the magazine at US$70 million, according to The San Francisco Chronicle.
